Diony Antoine,Geneve Louis Obituary, – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has released the identities of the individuals involved in the rollover accident on U.S. 287, which tragically resulted in four fatalities on Wednesday.
According to the DPS investigation, the van was carrying 14 occupants who were en route from Florida to New Mexico. DPS spokesperson Tony De La Cerda stated in a press release on Thursday that the deceased individuals were residents of Florida with Haitian heritage, and clarified that the incident is not being investigated as a case of human smuggling or trafficking.
