Devin Flamer Obituary, Death; – The 27-year-old individual who lost his life in a single-vehicle accident near Bridgeville early Saturday morning has been identified by the Delaware State Police as Devin Flamer, a resident of Bridgeville.
As per the police report, the incident occurred shortly before 5 a.m. on July 12. Investigators indicate that Flamer’s Buick Century was heading south on Wilson Farm Road at what seemed to be an excessive speed when it failed to stop at the intersection with Cannon Road. The vehicle crossed over Conrail Road, subsequently swerving on and off the roadway before colliding with a concrete barrier and overturning.
Flamer, who authorities state was not wearing a proper restraint, was declared dead at the scene.
