Delwin C Shaver,Sybil Laraway Obituary, Death; – Two people were killed in a crash early Sunday in Schoharie, New York State Police said.
Police identified those killed as driver Delwin C. Shaver, 59, and passenger Sybil Laraway, 50, both of Kissimmee, Florida.
