David Strickler Obituary, Death;- The medical examiner for Multnomah County has determined that the individual discovered deceased in a Troutdale Home Depot parking lot on Saturday passed away from natural causes, according to officials.
The deceased has been identified as 61-year-old David Strickler, as stated by the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.
While the sheriff’s office did not disclose the specific cause of death, it was noted that Strickler was experiencing homelessness at the time of his passing. His body was located on a plywood sheet positioned atop two shopping carts when law enforcement arrived at the parking lot of the Home Depot located at 25101 SE Stark Street.
Subsequent investigations revealed that “others around him” had placed him there in an effort to transport him to the nearby Mount Hood Medical Center.
