David J Knausdorf Obituary, Death; – Monroe County sheriff’s deputies have confirmed the identity of the individual who lost his life on Friday night in a collision involving two vehicles and a deer in Parma.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrived at the scene of the accident at approximately 8 p.m. on Clarkson Parma Townline Road, where both vehicles had collided with a deer that was on the road.
The deceased was identified as David J. Knausdorf, a 26-year-old resident of Henrietta, who was the sole occupant and driver of the southbound vehicle that struck the deer, as stated by sheriff’s spokesman Deputy Brendan Hurley. Knausdorf was declared dead at the scene.
“Our thoughts and condolences are with his family during this difficult time,” Hurley expressed in a news release. The second vehicle sustained damage from the incident; however, the two individuals inside were unharmed, according to the deputies. The sheriff’s office indicated that no charges have been filed in relation to the accident.
