David Anthony Burke Arrested; – Authorities in Los Angeles are currently looking into the discovery of a body found within an impounded vehicle, which is said to belong to the singer D4vd.
Reports from ABC7 and TMZ on Tuesday indicated that the 2023 Tesla is registered to the singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, in Hempstead, Texas.
The Los Angeles Police Department made this grim discovery shortly after noon on Monday, following reports of a foul odor emanating from the vehicle, as reported by ABC7. The remains were located inside a bag in the front trunk of the Tesla.
Officials informed ABC7 that the vehicle had been at the tow yard for approximately five days before the police were notified.
At this time, there is no immediate information available regarding the identification of the victim; however, it is known that the 20-year-old singer commenced his world tour last month and performed in Madison, Wisconsin, on Sunday night. He is scheduled to take the stage in Minneapolis on Tuesday. D4vd is also set to perform in Los Angeles on September 20.
D4vd is widely recognized for his tracks “Here with Me” and “Romantic Homicide.” Earlier this year, he released his debut album titled “WITHERED” and made an appearance at Coachella.
As of now, D4vd or his representatives have not publicly commented on the matter.
