Darla Tabor Obituary, Death; – A woman from Hamilton, Ohio, died Monday in an afternoon crash in Ripley County, Indiana.
Darla Tabor, 68, Hamilton, Ohio, died at a Cincinnati area hospital following the wreck, according to Indiana State Police (ISP).
State police said Tabor was eastbound on Interstate 74 when she lost control of her 2002 Mercury car around 2:30 p.m. The car went off the road and overturned, ISP explained. Tabor was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead by the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office.
While the wreck is still under investigation, state police said a medical condition may have played a role in the crash. The 68-year-old was also “not properly restrained in the vehicle, which likely contributed to the injuries sustained,” according to ISP.
