Damone Gardner Obituary, Death;- Birmingham Police have apprehended an individual in relation to the homicide of Damone Gardner, who was fatally shot in the Germania Park area in September.
The suspect has been identified as 41-year-old Brandon Quartez Jemison, a resident of Birmingham. On Thursday, detectives from the Birmingham Police Department secured an arrest warrant for Jemison after submitting case details to the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office. Jemison is presently incarcerated at the Jefferson County Jail without the possibility of bond.
