Courtney Hart Obituary, Death; – One individual has lost their life as a result of a shooting incident in Baton Rouge on Monday evening. A representative from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the identity of the deceased as 35-year-old Courtney Hart.
The shooting occurred at approximately 10 p.m. in the 13600 block of Kenner Avenue, close to Perkins Road. As reported by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, a witness indicated that “a man was approached before entering his apartment and shot.” The victim, Hart, attempted to flee on foot but was later discovered on Metarie Drive, where he was pronounced dead at the scene.
