Ciara Bullock Obituary, Death; – On Thursday, the New Orleans Police Department disclosed the identities of three men sought in relation to distinct homicide investigations, appealing to the public for any information.

William Powell is wanted for the shooting death of 35-year-old Ciara Bullock, On March 19, 2022.

Michael Joseph Hall is being sought in connection with the shooting death of 23-year-old Darnell Causey from New Orleans. Authorities reported that the incident occurred on August 24 in the 600 block of Iberville Street, located in the French Quarter. Surveillance footage purportedly captures Hall following Causey and his girlfriend prior to discharging two shots at them. Causey was hit and subsequently died. Detectives have identified Hall as the shooter, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest on a charge of second-degree murder.

William Powell is being pursued in connection with the killing of 35-year-old Ciara Bullock on March 19, 2022. Investigators indicated that Powell and Bullock were recorded on surveillance video engaged in an argument before Powell allegedly shot Bullock at close range. Detectives confirmed that Powell was positively identified as the shooter, leading to a warrant being issued for his arrest on a charge of second-degree murder.

Miguel Salazar is wanted for a double homicide that occurred on June 28 in the 500 block of Delery Street in the Lower 9th Ward. The victims have been identified as brothers Luis Torres-Hernandez and Chuyin Torres-Hernandez, both aged 41. Both individuals had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Detectives have identified Salazar as the suspect, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest on two counts of second-degree murder.
