Christopher Rigler Obituary, Death; – A man who was struck by a truck in Springfield Township early Sunday morning has succumbed to his injuries, as reported by law enforcement officials.
Authorities indicated that they were called to the 10700 block of Hamilton Avenue following reports of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle. The victim, identified as 39-year-old Christopher Rigler from New Richmond, was transported to UC Medical Center with critical injuries and was later pronounced dead.
Officials confirmed that the truck driver remained at the scene and is fully cooperating with the investigation. According to police, there is no indication that speed or impairment played a role in the incident.
