Christopher Harrison Obituary, Death; – Authorities have identified a 56-year-old man from Hesperia who was tragically struck and killed by a vehicle on Main Street last week.
Christopher Harrison succumbed to his injuries at the site of the accident, which occurred around 2:50 a.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Cataba Road, as reported by officials from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and the coroner’s office.
“During the investigation, it was determined that the vehicle was traveling westbound on Main Street when it collided with a pedestrian who was in the middle of the roadway,” stated sheriff’s department spokeswoman Gloria Orejel at that time.
The driver stayed at the scene, and there were no immediate signs of driving under the influence, she added.
The investigation is still ongoing.
