Charles Eugene Fantozzi Obituary, Death; – A man from Gardendale lost his life in a single-vehicle accident in Quinton.
On Monday, the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased as Charles Eugene Fantozzi, aged 69.
The accident was found on Friday afternoon in the 8700 block of Flat Top Road. Chief Deputy Coroner Bill Yates stated that the exact time of the crash remains undetermined. Fantozzi was declared dead at the scene at 2:43 p.m.
The investigation is being conducted by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team.
