Bryan Robb,Elaine Upright Obituary, Death; – Two people were killed when an ATV crashed on Berea Road in Montgomery early July 6. Town of Montgomery police said the ATV was northbound on Berea Road in the area of the Crist Brothers Orchards when it left the roadway.
Police said the ATV went into a ditch and flipped, ejecting both people on board. Life-saving measures were attempted, but both people were declared dead at the scene. They were identified as Bryan Robb, 37, and Elaine Upright, 61, both Town of Montgomery residents.
Town of Montgomery Police and the Orange County Medical Examiner’s office are conducting an investigation into the circumstances of the crash. They were assisted at the scene by state police, the village of Walden and Montgomery police departments, the Walden Fire Department and emergency medical services agencies from the towns of Montgomery and Newburgh.
