Brittany Lynn Lee Obituary, Death; – A 22-year-old woman who sustained fatal injuries in a collision with a tree on Saturday has been named. The incident took place in Sioux Falls at approximately 4:38 p.m. on December 14.
As reported by the Department of Public Safety, a 2020 Chevrolet Malibu was heading south on Interstate 229 and was in the process of exiting onto Interstate 29 South. The driver, Brittany Lynn Lee from Sioux Falls, lost control of the vehicle, veered into the westbound ditch, and subsequently struck a tree. Lee was declared dead at the scene. At the time of the accident, she was wearing a seatbelt.
