Brian Turner Obituary, Death; – A man from Kentucky passed away due to a suspected drug overdose on Saturday while in the custody of law enforcement, as reported by the Kentucky State Police. Brian Turner, aged 47, from Somerset, was apprehended on Friday at a residence located on Kentucky Route 1676 by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals Service.
According to state police, officials were present at the residence to execute an arrest warrant, although the specifics of the warrant have not been disclosed. Prior to his arrest, Turner had ingested a significant quantity of suspected methamphetamine, as stated by the state police. Emergency medical services were summoned to the location, and he was transported to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, where he succumbed the following day.
An autopsy was conducted on Monday, and it is believed that the methamphetamine he ingested played a role in Turner’s demise, according to state police. A toxicology report is currently awaited. The state police are conducting an investigation into Turner’s death.
