Brenna Swindell MISSING; – The family of a former Major League Baseball pitcher has reported their daughter missing in Austin, prompting a multi-state search for the 29-year-old mother of three, as announced by authorities on Monday.
Brenna Swindell, the daughter of Greg Swindell, a veteran MLB pitcher known for his tenure at the University of Texas and a 17-year career in professional baseball, has not been seen in the Austin area since last Thursday, according to a Facebook update from her mother, Sarah Swindell.
This situation is out of character for Brenna, who her mother asserts would “never abandon her three children or leave without a word,” as stated in the post.
The Austin Police Department reported that Brenna Swindell and her former partner, Morgan Guidry, were last observed together around 10:20 p.m. on Thursday at Poodies Hilltop Roadhouse in Spicewood, Texas, located approximately 35 miles northwest of Austin.
By Friday evening, law enforcement had traced her white 2022 Kia Carnival, bearing Texas license plate VFS 7528, to Colorado.
A flyer disseminated by the organization Missing People in America indicates that Brenna Swindell’s ex-boyfriend and her vehicle may have been spotted in Colorado Springs.
According to her mother’s Facebook post, both Brenna Swindell’s and her ex-boyfriend’s phones appear to be in Colorado, although they are currently turned off.
Brenna Swindell is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing around 120 pounds, with brown shoulder-length hair. She has a sleeve tattoo featuring flowers on one arm and a spider web on the opposite shoulder, as noted in her mother’s post.
