Blain Chandler Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of a 13-year-old driver who tragically lost his life in a collision with a big rig in Fresno County last week. The incident occurred shortly after 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the intersection of Manning and Ohio, located south of Mendota.
According to officials, the vehicle driven by 13-year-old Blain Chandler crossed into oncoming traffic, colliding with a semi-truck. The driver of the semi managed to exit the vehicle before both vehicles were engulfed in flames. Officials report that Chandler was pronounced dead at the scene.
