Anthony M Aitken Jr Obituary, Death; – A 22-year-old man has been charged with murder following a deadly shooting incident in Houston earlier this month. Daniel Michael Lewis Jr., a resident of Houston, Texas, was apprehended in connection with the death of 37-year-old Anthony M. Aitken Jr.
Houston Police Department (HPD) officers responded to a report of a shooting at an apartment complex located on Seminar Drive at approximately 10:15 p.m. on July 7, where they discovered Aitken suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Paramedics transported him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, as reported by the HPD Homicide Division. Lewis was identified as the suspect and was arrested on July 21 by the tactical team of HPD’s North Belt Patrol. He admitted to his involvement in Aitken’s death, and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office has filed murder charges against him.
