Antauwniya Reed Obituary, Death; – A woman who tragically lost her life in a hit-and-run incident involving a truck early Tuesday in south Augusta has been named. Antauwniya Reed, aged 28, was declared deceased at 2:50 a.m. on Tuesday, as reported by Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen.
Richmond County deputies discovered her at the intersection of Milledgeville Road and Bayvale Road at 2:04 a.m., in proximity to Bayvale Elementary School and the well-known establishment Jackie M’s and Son Cafe. An autopsy has been arranged, according to Bowen.
