Allison Clark III Obituary, Death;- The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a man who was fatally stabbed in Fair Oaks Ranch last week.
Allison Clark III, aged 71, succumbed to a sharp force injury to his chest, as reported by the medical examiner’s office on Saturday evening. His death has been classified as a homicide.
The Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department responded to the incident at approximately 9:30 a.m. on July 26, in the 29300 block of Duberry Ridge.
Upon their arrival, authorities discovered Clark with “fatal stab wounds,” according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office. A kitchen knife, which is believed to be the weapon used in the murder, was located in the kitchen sink.
Clark’s son, Allison Paul Clark IV, aged 34, confessed to the Fair Oaks Police Department that he had fatally stabbed his father, as stated by BCSO.
Clark IV was subsequently booked into the Bexar County Adult Detention Center on July 26, facing a murder charge, as indicated by Bexar County jail records.
In a press release, officials from Fair Oaks Ranch initially indicated that the preliminary investigation suggested the homicide may have originated from a domestic dispute within the residence.
The release also noted that Clark IV voluntarily surrendered to the police headquarters. During an interrogation, BCSO reported that he admitted to the stabbing.
The sheriff’s office is currently overseeing the homicide investigation.
