Alfonzo De La Luz Obituary, Death; – The coroner of Washoe County has confirmed the identity of the individual who lost his life in a multi-vehicle accident in west Reno over the past weekend. According to the medical examiner, 22-year-old Alfonzo De La Luz from Sun Valley succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The incident, which involved three vehicles, occurred shortly before 8:45 p.m. on Saturday on South McCarran Boulevard, close to Plumb Lane. Authorities had indicated earlier that they suspected speed may have been a contributing factor in the crash.
