Alexander Randles Obituary, Death; – The FBI has confirmed the identity of the individual involved in the agent-involved shooting in Gulf Shores on the morning of Friday, December 13, as Alexander Randles. On the same day, a federal complaint was lodged against Randles, alleging the Interstate transmission of a threat to kidnap or inflict harm.
The complaint details that Randles demanded the removal or resignation of several elected officials and set a deadline of December 15 in a social media post. In this post, Randles urged the formation of an “unorganized militia” composed of able-bodied men over the age of seventeen, asserting that certain districts were under martial law.
Additionally, the complaint reveals that in February 2024, Randles was involuntarily committed to a mental health facility for evaluation and treatment.
