Adrian Rhodes Arrested; – A man was shot and killed in a vehicle at an apartment complex near Las Vegas Boulevard and Pecos Road on Wednesday night. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to multiple reports of a shooting around 9:43 p.m.
Upon arrival, they found the victim in a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound. Medical personnel pronounced the man dead at the scene. Homicide detectives determined that the victim and a friend had arrived at the complex to meet an acquaintance.
While they were waiting, a man identified as 31-year-old Adrian Rhodes approached the driver’s side of the vehicle from the rear and fired a single shot, striking the victim. Rhodes fled the scene before police arrived.
