Aaron Winfield Johnson,Robert Eugene Bostic Obituary, Death; – Authorities are investigating the incident involving two men found deceased from gunshot wounds in a residence in Mounds View, which is being treated as a suspected murder-suicide.
According to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s office, Aaron Winfield Johnson, aged 48, from Minneapolis, succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds on Sunday, with his death classified as a homicide. Meanwhile, Robert Eugene Bostic, aged 50, from Mounds View, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Police were summoned to the 5200 block of Greenwood Drive around 8 p.m. on Sunday for a welfare check, where they discovered the bodies of the two men inside the home, along with a recovered handgun.
Public records suggest that Johnson and Bostic were at Bostic’s residence, although no further information has been provided regarding their relationship. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and Mounds View police are actively pursuing the investigation.
