Jeremy Obrien McClure Obituary, Death; – A man has been pronounced dead following a shooting incident that occurred early in the morning in Winston-Salem, as reported by the police department.
Officers indicated that they were dispatched to the 3000 block of Indiana Avenue at approximately 5:49 a.m. on Saturday in response to reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered an individual suffering from gunshot wounds.
According to police, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived shortly thereafter, but the victim had already succumbed to his injuries. The deceased has been identified as 39-year-old Jeremy Obrien McClure.
Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division (CID) arrived at the scene to take over the investigation. Currently, authorities have stated that the incident does not seem to be a random act of violence, and there is no available information regarding a suspect.
