Rivaldo Jean,Imani Cort ARRESTED; – Two individuals have been apprehended following a fatal shooting that occurred in an apartment in Brockton, Massachusetts, on Friday.
Rivaldo Jean, 43, from Dorchester, was taken into custody on Monday morning in connection with the murder, as confirmed by the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office. He is scheduled to be processed and subsequently interviewed at the Brockton Police Department on the same day.
A second individual, named Imani Cort, was arrested over the weekend and faces charges as an accessory after the fact to murder. She is anticipated to appear for her arraignment at Brockton District Court on Monday.
This incident follows the death of a 54-year-old man who was shot in an apartment located on Pleasant Street. The identity of the victim has not yet been disclosed to the public. Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz stated last week that investigators do not consider the shooting to be a random act. Authorities have indicated that the investigation remains active.
