Uc Vo Obituary, Death; – A woman who was fatally shot last week during a robbery at her husband’s jewelry store has been identified by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office. Uc Vo, aged 57, was shot on Friday at Kim Tin Jewelry, located on the 6800 block of Stockton Boulevard in south Sacramento.
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office has not revealed the identity of the individual responsible for Vo’s death. During the incident, which involved at least six suspects who forcibly entered the store and shattered glass, her husband discharged a firearm. Sheriff’s Office spokesman Sgt. Amar Gandhi previously indicated that the suspects likely fired a weapon as well, although deputies have yet to confirm whether they possessed a handgun or sustained any injuries.
Furthermore, deputies have not provided information regarding any arrests or whether items were stolen from the store. Robin Ha, a nearby restaurant owner, recalled Vo as a kind individual who consistently displayed friendliness. The shooting occurred in the Little Saigon neighborhood, known for its close-knit community of family-owned businesses catering to the Vietnamese population.
