Francisco Garcia Obituary, Death; – Authorities have identified a man who was fatally shot in South Gate over the weekend.
The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner has confirmed the identity of the deceased as 35-year-old Francisco Garcia, although his place of residence remains unknown. The incident took place at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Saturday in the 8900 block of McNerney Avenue, as reported by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Officers from the South Gate Police Department, upon arriving at the scene, discovered the man on a sidewalk with a gunshot wound. Paramedics subsequently pronounced him dead at the location. As of now, no arrests have been made.
