Earnest Ashley Jr Obituary, Death; – The individual who lost his life in a collision with a light pole last week in Lake Stevens has been named. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identity of the deceased as Earnest Ashley Jr., aged 44. The cause of death was determined to be blunt force injuries.
According to the Lake Stevens Police Department, at 8:51 p.m. on November 13, Ashley was operating a Honda sedan traveling east on Highway 204. He failed to stop at a red light at 91st Avenue NE, subsequently colliding with a light pole. Ashley, a resident of Everett, was pronounced dead at the scene. A male passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital, as reported by the police.
