J Sean Williams Obituary, Death; – The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the identity of the individual who was fatally shot during a birthday celebration in Southport on Friday, November 15th. The victim has been identified as 21-year-old J’Sean Williams from Elmira.
According to authorities, Williams sustained multiple gunshot wounds while celebrating his birthday at a residence located on Richard Street. He was transported to Arnot Ogden Medical Center by Erway Ambulance for treatment but was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival. The Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone who was present at the party, including those who departed prior to the incident, to reach out to the Criminal Investigation Division at (607)-737-2933.
