William Jad Davis Obituary, Death; – A man from Opp has lost his life following an incident in which his bicycle was struck by a truck late Sunday night on a heavily trafficked highway. The victim has been identified by Opp Police as 54-year-old William Jad Davis.
As reported by the authorities, Davis was struck by a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Sunday while riding in the eastbound lane of the Highway 84 bypass, close to the Walding Road intersection in Opp.
Police stated that officers arrived at the scene, where Davis was pronounced dead. In a statement, Opp Police expressed their condolences to the Davis family during this challenging time.
