Clifford Ford Obituary, Death; – A man from Mondovi has lost his life following a devastating car accident. As reported by the Mondovi Police Department in a press release, the incident occurred at approximately 9:30 PM on Saturday night on Eau Claire Street. Upon their arrival, officers discovered a vehicle completely consumed by flames.
Investigators suspect that the vehicle was traveling south on South Eau Claire Street when it veered off the road and collided with the Buffalo River Bridge. The vehicle continued across the bridge before igniting. The driver was found deceased once the fire was extinguished. Authorities have identified the driver as 49-year-old Clifford Ford, a resident of Mondovi.
