Waylon Childs MISSING; – A 4-year-old boy was discovered deceased hours after a Missing Child Alert was issued in Florida, as confirmed by law enforcement officials. The Ormond Beach Police Department reported that Waylon Childs went missing while at a park with his father and two other children.
According to police, a dive team located the boy’s body around 9 p.m. on Sunday night. Chief Jesse Godfrey expressed, “This is a heartbreaking tragedy, and our hearts are with Waylon’s family during this unimaginable loss. We extend our gratitude to the community and all agencies involved for their support and efforts throughout this search. The Ormond Beach Police Department remains dedicated to supporting the family and our community in the days to come.”
