Kenyon Lewis MISSING; – Authorities are actively searching for a missing teenager who has a medical condition and was last seen early Saturday morning.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office reports that 16-year-old Kenyon Lewis was last spotted at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Saturday in the vicinity of the 8900 block of Cloudstone Place. He is described as having black hair, brown eyes, standing 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing 150 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black hoodie and black sweatpants.
