William Hogue Obituary, Death; – Cleveland Police are asking for information after a deadly hit-and-run in September.
According to a release from police, around 9 p.m. on Sept. 19, officers responded to a crash at the intersection of East 78th Street and St. Clair Avenue.
When officers arrived, they discovered that one of the vehicles had fled the scene.
Police said the man driving a blue Suzuki motorcycle, identified as 65-year-old William Hogue, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Cleveland Police Accident Investigation Unit investigated the crash, but no witnesses or video evidence were available. On Nov. 8, detectives learned that Hogue was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police are investigating the incident as a felony failure to stop after an accident, and the case remains open.
