Troy Hutchison,Rodrell Jeter Obituary, Death; – Knoxville police have identified the two individuals who lost their lives in a shooting incident that occurred over the weekend on Interstate 640.
Troy Hutchison, aged 33, from Atlanta, Georgia, and Rodrell Jeter, aged 25, from Detroit, Michigan, were fatally shot on the morning of November 16. Another man, aged 22, is currently hospitalized in critical but stable condition, as reported by the Knoxville Police Department.
Police indicate that four men were traveling in an SUV that stopped near Gap Road at approximately 3:40 a.m. on November 16. One of the occupants discharged a firearm and subsequently fled the scene in the vehicle. Knoxville police have stated that they are searching for a light-colored, newer model Ford Bronco bearing Michigan license plates.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing, but detectives suspect that both the vehicle and the suspect have left the Knoxville area.
“Efforts remain ongoing to identify and locate the suspect,” Knoxville police stated in a news release.
