Misty Lynn Holland, Keontae Devon Millner Obituary, Death; – A man has been charged with driving under the influence after a crash that resulted in the deaths of two individuals on Saturday, as reported by the police.
According to the Virginia State Police, 60-year-old Charles Vincent Boulding, from Eden, North Carolina, was operating a 2010 Cadillac SRX southbound on Axton Road when he veered across the centerline and collided head-on with a 2009 Nissan Quest at 7:15 p.m.
Authorities state that there were four occupants in the Nissan. The driver, identified as 45-year-old Misty Lynn Holland from Stoneville, North Carolina, along with a passenger, 11-year-old Keontae Devon Millner, both tragically lost their lives at the scene.

Police report that Boulding sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital. He was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the incident.
The Virginia State Police have indicated that Boulding has been charged with a DUI.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
