Juliana Harbeck Obituary, Death; – News 9 Investigates has identified the woman who was fatally injured in a hit-and-run incident this week in Manchester, as the inquiry proceeds. The Manchester police confirmed to News 9 Investigates that the 60-year-old victim of the hit-and-run was Juliana Harbeck, a resident of Rindge.
According to Manchester police, the woman was hit in the Taco Bell parking lot located off Second Street on Wednesday evening. Upon the arrival of officers, they discovered Harbeck in the parking lot suffering from life-threatening injuries. She was transported to a hospital, where she subsequently passed away.
Authorities stated that Maria Posada Canizales, 27, from Manchester, was the driver at the time of the incident. She is currently wanted on a charge of felony conduct following an accident and has not yet been apprehended.
Investigators reported that she was operating a 2019 Infiniti Q-50.
News 9 Investigates has acquired court documents indicating that Posada Canizales was driving the same vehicle on August 2, when she was stopped and cited for driving without a valid driver’s license.
WMUR has contacted the DMV to inquire about the current status of her license and whether it was valid at the time of the hit-and-run.
Police are urging anyone with information to contact them.
