Jasmine Johnson Obituary, Death; – Authorities are conducting an investigation into a possible shooting incident that occurred early Tuesday morning in Strawberry Mansion.
As reported by the Philadelphia Police Department, shortly after 12:15 a.m., officers responded to a radio dispatch regarding an individual armed with a firearm and reports of gunfire on the 3100 block of West Montgomery Avenue.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered a woman unresponsive within a residence, suffering from a gunshot wound to her back, and she was pronounced dead at the scene a few minutes later.
The deceased has been identified as Jasmine Johnson, aged 27.
Law enforcement officials are currently working to ascertain a motive and have not yet made any arrests in connection with this case.
