Gregory Douglas Harper Obituary, Death; – A 23-year-old man has died following a single-vehicle crash in east Jefferson County.
The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Gregory Douglas Harper. He lived in Pinson. Harper died at 2:35 a.m. Wednesday at UAB Hospital in Birmingham.
Harper was the driver and only occupant of a vehicle that left the road in the 7100 block of Highway 79 in Pinson and hit a tree. The time of the crash wasn’t immediately available.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the circumstances surrounding the wreck.
