Ahmad Holmes Obituary, Death; – Law enforcement is currently conducting an investigation into a deadly shooting that resulted in the death of a 17-year-old male on September 1 in Wilmington.
The event took place at approximately 1:20 p.m. in the 1200 block of Sycamore Street, as reported by the police. Officers who arrived at the location discovered the teenager with gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries later on.
The authorities have since identified the deceased as Ahmad Holmes.
The Wilmington Police Department has stated that the investigation remains active, and no additional information has been disclosed at this moment.
