Lex T Baker Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of the individual who lost his life in a motorcycle accident during the Labor Day weekend in Brighton.
Lex T. Baker, a 20-year-old resident of Little River, South Carolina, was riding his motorcycle southbound on East Henrietta Road at approximately noon on Sunday, August 31, when a vehicle traveling north attempted to make a left turn onto Crittenden Road, resulting in a collision between the two vehicles, as stated by Brighton Police Chief David Catholdi. Baker was declared deceased at the scene, according to him.
Based on an initial investigation, Chief Catholdi indicated that the speed of the motorcycle seemed to be a contributing factor in the fatal accident. He noted that no charges are currently being pursued.
Assistance at the scene was provided by the New York State Police, deputies from the Monroe County sheriff’s office, firefighters from Henrietta, and the Brighton Volunteer Ambulance.
