Francisco Manalo MISSING; – The police on the Big Island are urgently seeking assistance in locating a 25-year-old man who has been missing for one day and requires medication due to a medical condition. Francisco Manalo was last observed by family members on Wednesday at Pu‘u Pulehu Loop in Waimea.
He is described as being 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 110 pounds, with a tan complexion, short black hair, a mustache, and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was dressed entirely in black and is known to walk with a distinct limp.
