Francis Rhodd Obituary, Death; – Authorities are continuing their investigation following a shooting incident over the weekend at a residence in Ponca City, which resulted in one fatality and two injuries.
At approximately 2 a.m. on Sunday, law enforcement responded to reports of gunfire in the 400 block of South Palm Street. Upon their arrival, officers discovered three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds inside the dwelling.
According to police, officers initiated lifesaving procedures and applied tourniquets to one of the injured individuals. The three victims were subsequently transported to a nearby hospital, where one was declared deceased. The Ponca City Police Department has identified the deceased victim as 39-year-old Francis Rhodd.
The other two victims of the shooting are currently undergoing treatment and are reported to be in stable condition. Their identities have not yet been disclosed by the authorities. The Ponca City Police Department is actively investigating the fatal shooting.
