Yadiel Flecha Obituary, Death; – Cleveland police homicide detectives are currently looking into the deadly shooting of a 17-year-old boy that occurred outside an apartment on Friday, August 22.
Officers received a call shortly after 9:30 p.m. that evening regarding a male who had been shot in the 4200 block of Bohn Road, as stated by a spokesperson.
They discovered the 17-year-old boy inside an apartment, suffering from a gunshot wound, according to the spokesperson. It was revealed that he had been shot outside the apartment and subsequently brought inside by others.
Cleveland EMS provided treatment at the scene before transporting him to a hospital, where he was later declared dead.
On Monday, the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the teenager as 17-year-old Yadiel Flecha from Cleveland.
As of Monday afternoon, no arrests had been made, according to the spokesperson. Homicide detectives are continuing their investigation.
