Susan Pemberton Obituary, Death;- A woman from Lee’s Summit tragically lost her life on Sunday in an accident that occurred near the intersection of Metcalf and W. 112th St. in Overland Park. According to the Overland Park police, a vehicle traveling south on Metcalf collided with the rear of another vehicle that was halted in traffic.
The front-seat passenger of the impacted vehicle was taken to a local hospital with severe injuries, but unfortunately, she later passed away. The victim has been identified as 67-year-old Susan Pemberton from Lee’s Summit. The investigation into the incident is still ongoing, and police are urging anyone with information to reach out to the traffic unit at 913-327-6731.
