Margarito Jorge Garcia Obituary, Death; – East Brunswick authorities have confirmed the identity of the pedestrian who was fatally struck by a vehicle on Route 18 last week as a 57-year-old resident of the township.
Margarito Jorge Garcia was struck on the northbound side of the road at approximately 11:55 p.m. on Wednesday, near the intersection with South Woodland Drive, according to officials. Garcia was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver remained at the location and communicated with the responding officers.
