Troy Howard Obituary, Death;- A man from Morgan County has been convicted of causing a fatal accident that resulted in the death of a 19-year-old in 2019, after a jury trial lasting ten days.
Reaford Williams was found guilty of operating a vehicle under the influence and leading to the death of Troy Howard on March 20, 2019. The incident occurred on the I-565 exit ramp to County Line Road, as reported by Huntsville Police.
Following the collision, Howard was taken to Huntsville Hospital with severe injuries, according to officials from Huntsville Police who spoke to WAFF. He succumbed to his injuries on April 9, 2019, after spending several weeks on life support.
