Quintin Shinault Obituary, Death;- The coroner of Charleston County announced on Tuesday the identity of the pedestrian who lost their life in a motor vehicle accident that occurred over the weekend in North Charleston.
Quintin Shinault, aged 43, was declared deceased at the scene of the incident on Dorchester Road at 9:24 p.m., as reported by the coroner.
Darius Akeeme Simmons, 31, has been charged with driving under suspension for the third or subsequent time and being classified as a habitual traffic offender, according to police reports.
The traffic unit of the North Charleston Police Department, along with the coroner’s office, is currently conducting an investigation into the matter.
